• Provide tutoring in reading, mathematics, writing, or other assigned areas.
• Diagnose student learning needs and design lessons addressing gaps.
• Implement engaging instruction aligned with grade-level standards and curriculum.
• Maintain accurate attendance records for participants.
• Create a safe, positive learning environment and participate in required trainings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Principal.
