Job summary

Calex-Sports-Inc is seeking enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our team as After School Tennis Coaches. You’ll lead beginner-friendly tennis sessions for elementary students at Bay Area schools, typically 1 class per day (about one hour) with optional pre-care.

Sessions run Monday–Friday between 1 PM and 5 PM, in-person, at various sites. Pay ranges for after-school programs are $50–$65 per session, with all equipment provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Experience teaching or playing tennis preferred but not required.
• USPTA/PTR certification is a plus.
• Reliable transportation around the East Bay and Peninsula.
• Fully vaccinated and willing to undergo TB test and Live Scan background check.
• Must have valid work permit to work in USA.

Responsibilities

• Teach tennis classes for students ages 5–10 using provided lesson plans.
• Manage class sizes of 8–16 and keep a positive environment.
• Attend a 2‑day training or shadowing session before starting.
• Equipment provided by the company; coach should have reliable transportation.
• Take attendance, manage sign-ins, and interact with parents/school staff.
• Capture a few class photos for documentation.
