Job summary

TGA Premier Sports offers a national school-based tennis enrichment program bringing tennis to children ages 3-14 across Wake and Durham counties. Classes occur on school campuses after school hours (2:00–5:00 PM).

We seek energetic, patient instructors who connect with kids; no prior coaching experience is required as we provide full curriculum and training. Ideal candidates are college students, stay-at-home parents, teachers, or anyone with a flexible schedule who loves working with children.

Qualifications

• Soft skills: passion for working with kids, patient, engaging communicator.
• Experience with children in any setting is acceptable; no coaching background required.
• Reliability, professionalism and a positive attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead tennis classes at school campuses during after-school hours (2:00–5:00 PM).
• Deliver curriculum and training provided by TGA Premier Sports.
• Participate in Winter and Spring seasons; deliver engaging sessions and track progress.
