Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies in Daly City, CA is seeking a dedicated Teacher to work with elementary-aged children in our Champions program. You will lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers, implement the curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.

You will partner with parents and center staff to meet enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals, building positive relationships with families, teachers and the community.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to multi-task effectively.
• Possess active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2-3 years ECE experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities
