Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead and mentor in a classroom, implementing our curriculum to meet each child’s needs. You will create a safe, nurturing environment and partner with families to support children’s education.

The role expects 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience (preferred), a CDA or NAEYC candidacy, and CPR/First Aid readiness. Opportunities for growth and impact across centers nationwide are offered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a childcare setting.
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or pursuing NAEYC candidacy.
• Approved state trainer preferred; CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred; meet state qualifications.

Required Skills and Experience

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively


• Possess active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements


• Approved state trainer (preferred)


• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred)


• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)


• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain


• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain


• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors


• Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children


• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English

Range of pay $18.70 - $25.25 Hourly
