Job summary

Mad Science is seeking part-time instructors to lead after-school science enrichment for elementary-age children. You will deliver a one-hour, hands-on class using a preset curriculum, meeting weekly for 8–10 weeks.

Role emphasizes a high-energy, entertaining approach and a love for teaching science to kids. Occasional daytime sessions may be available depending on schedule.

Qualifications

• Some experience working with groups of elementary-age children (4–12) preferred.
• Available at least two weekdays after 2 p.m.
• Reliable transportation (not public or rideshare).
• Background checks required (fingerprinting).
