Job summary

HOKALI is seeking energetic After School Enrichment Educators to supervise TK–8th grade students during after-school programming at Natomas USD. The role includes planning engaging activities, ensuring safety, and promoting positive social interactions. Start date 9/14/2026, end date 12/18/2026, pay $50/hr.

This position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within HOKALI. Ideal candidates have Speech and Debate teaching experience and are ready to complete online training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Willingness to complete 3 hours of online training.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise TK–8th grade students during after-school programming.
• Ensure student safety and well-being at all times.
• Plan and lead engaging enrichment activities.
• Facilitate positive social interactions and teamwork.
• Maintain attendance and incident records.
• Organize materials and keep spaces clean and safe.
