Job summary

HOKALI is seeking enthusiastic After School Enrichment Educators in California to lead TK-8th grade activities.

You will supervise students, ensure safety, plan engaging recreational and enrichment sessions, foster positive social interactions, maintain attendance records, and earn $50/hour. Schedule: Oct 5–9, 12pm–1pm or 1pm–4pm, with flexible options. Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, teamwork, and a commitment to a safe, welcoming learning environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Willing to complete 3 hours of online training.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade
• Ensure student safety and well-being at all times
• Plan and lead engaging recreational and enrichment activities
• Facilitate positive social interactions and encourage teamwork
• Effectively manage student behavior using positive reinforcement
• Maintain accurate attendance and incident records
• Prepare and organize activity materials, keeping spaces clean and safe
