Job summary

Elevo Learning in Los Angeles is seeking an After School Program Facilitator to join our team. You will lead K–8 students through structured, engaging activities and sports using Elevo’s curriculum after school hours, fostering social-emotional growth and well-being.

This role offers paid training, collaboration with school staff, and the opportunity to develop classroom management and mentorship skills while supporting a mission to help students look forward to school.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or leading youth in education or sports.
• Able to work in group of up to 20 students with positive behavior support.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.; pass LiveScan background check and TB screening.
• 18+ with high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead K–8 students through structured, engaging activities and sports using Elevo’s curriculum.
• Manage group dynamics and support positive student behavior.
• Partner with school staff and fellow coaches to create a welcoming program environment.
• Show up consistently as a role model who helps students build confidence and social skills.
