Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Two years’ experience in a recreational or educational setting.
• Knowledge of office systems; Microsoft Office.
• Effective leadership and communication.

• Excellent interpersonal and computer literate in Microsoft-Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally age-appropriate program activities.
• Maintain records (attendance, registrations, profiles, field trips, calendars, tasks, and community files).
• Plan and implement program policies and procedures to protect and promote safety.
• Organize field trips and camping for participants.
• Plan short- and long-term goals with an action plan to support the program’s mission.
• Grant proposal writings when necessary.
• Seek appropriate donations for the residents of CRF.
• Supervise staff, support staff development, communicate with families, and build community relationships.
• Utilize DHS CARES to complete incident reports as needed.
