Apple ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support clients with ABA therapy after school hours. The role involves delivering 1:1 in-home or school-based sessions under BCBA supervision, collecting data, and contributing to treatment progress.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification or are willing to obtain it, have a high school diploma or equivalent, reliability, and willingness to travel locally within New Jersey.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or willing to obtain.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy with children is a plus.
• Ability to pass background check and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel locally within New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
