Job summary

HOKALI is hiring After Care Educators to supervise students from TK through 8th grade after school. The role emphasizes safety, positive engagement, and support for homework in a dynamic environment.

You will plan activities, supervise play, and foster teamwork while adhering to school-day protocols. The position offers a 2:00–6:00 PM schedule (Wednesdays until 12:30 PM), training, and growth opportunities through the HOKALI Academy.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to complete online training prior to start (Concussion Training, Mandated Reporter, First Aid & CPR).
• Authorization to work in the US.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise TK–8th grade students during after‑school hours.
• Ensure student safety and well‑being at all times.
• Plan and lead engaging recreational activities.
• Assist students with homework and academic support as needed.
• Facilitate positive social interactions and teamwork.
• Manage student behavior using positive reinforcement.
• Maintain attendance and incident records.
• Organize snack time and outdoor play.
