As a California Schools Talent Collaborative (CSTC) employee, you will be placed at a school site as an Instructional Provider for an initial period of three months. During this time, you will be expected to apply for an equivalent position with the district and complete the district’s formal hiring process. Upon successful completion of that process and a minimum of three months of service with CSTC, you will be eligible to transition into direct employment with the district.
