Chelsea Public Schools Extended Learning After School is seeking a Stipend - Site Supervisor for SY26-27. The position can be split and runs for the full academic year with afternoon hours.

You will plan with program leadership, oversee staff, coordinate scheduling, manage attendance and student data, and ensure payroll timesheets and grant requirements are met. The ideal candidate is a current classroom teacher or instructional coach at the ELC who is passionate about leading this work.

Job Description

Title: Stipend - Site Supervisor, ELC Extended Learning After School (SY26-27)

General Duties:

Site Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Planning and collaborating with Officer of Innovation, Access & Opportunity, ELC’s administration, staff, and all Extended Learning programs and all other program leads, for all aspects related to the creation and implementation of after school programming
• Oversight of family outreach for all Extended Learning programs
• Communication/collaboration with applicable staff and stakeholders including but not limited to nursing, technology, payroll, custodial staff, etc
• Oversight of all staff to ensure requirements are met
• Scheduling and logistics
• Supporting staff with planning and operations, day to day issues, and overseeing the tracking and collection of student data (participation, attendance, achievement), and payroll timesheets
• Grant requirement compliance if applicable

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be a current classroom teacher or instructional coach currently working at the ELC who is passionate about leading this work.

Compensation: Paid at hourly contractual rate

Dates/Time: Full Academic Year

• September 1, 2026 - approximately June 15, 2027
• Monday through Friday
• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday hours are: 2:35 - 5:35* (until the last student has left)
• Tuesday (on staff meeting days): 3:35 - 5:35* (until the last student has left)
• Tuesday (non staff meeting days): 2:35 - 5:35* (until the last student has left)
