Job summary

Paycom is seeking an after-school teacher to care for K–4 students at our Lewisville location after school hours, 2:30–5:45 p.m. These are 10-month positions with day shifts.

Responsibilities include supervising snack time, play, and activities; maintaining a safe, welcoming environment; communicating with parents and staff; and supporting students with routines and behavior in a developmentally appropriate manner.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of childcare experience.
• Early childhood credential preferred.
• CPR and first aid training required (provided if necessary).

Responsibilities

• Oversight of snack time, outdoor play, and planned activities.
• Maintain a safe environment and follow safety policies.
• Provide a warm and caring atmosphere for all students.
• Communicate with parents and staff about the day.
• Supervise transitions and ensure student safety at all times.
• Assist children with bathroom needs and hygiene.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
