The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Capital Area is seeking a SACC Youth Development Professional to implement enrichment activities, provide homework help, and supervise youth ages 4–13 across multiple Troy area sites. You will deliver engaging programs, monitor safety, and ensure positive youth development.
Responsibilities include following OCFS regulations, coordinating with staff, and maintaining activity areas.

Salary: $16.25-17.00/hour
Hours & Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2-5:30 or 3-6:30 depending on site

The primary function of the Youth Development Professional will be to implement enrichment activities, provide homework help, and supervise youth between the ages of 4 - 13. YDPs work directly with youth focusing on enrichment activities ranging from dance, sports, art, STEM, and many more.

This job may require extended periods of standing, walking, and engaging in physical activities with children. The ability to lift up to 25 pounds may also be necessary.
