Job summary

YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago is seeking an Early Learning Enrichment Instructor to implement a wide range of enrichment activities for preschoolers aged 2–5. You will ensure a safe, interactive, and enriching program while maintaining communication with parents and following curriculum requirements.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with related coursework or equivalent childcare experience.
• Experience with preschool age 2-5 is preferred.
• Ability to tailor communication to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive, safe, and engaging environment for preschool children.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities daily.
• Maintain attendance and program records.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers regularly.
