Qualifications

• Strong communication, classroom management, and group facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage up to 15 students after school.
• Plan engaging lessons and enrichment activities for diverse learners.
• Set learning objectives, monitor progress, and support skill development.
• Foster an inclusive environment encouraging participation and teamwork.
• Prepare classrooms and materials; maintain attendance and cleanup.
• Implement safety protocols and drills.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and adjust activities to boost outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the After-School Program Director.
