Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Age 25+ and valid driver’s license required.
• Clean seven-year MVR.
• Experience driving passenger vehicles, preferably with youth programs.
• DOT medical certificate required every two years.
• Pre-employment drug/alcohol testing required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 15-passenger minibus on routes per schedules and safety rules.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and safe passenger environment.
• Assist staff with after-school program activities when not driving.
• Follow traffic laws and organizational policies; maintain professionalism.
• Provide clear communication with parents, guardians, and staff.
• Review transportation policy and plan routes.
