Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years' experience working with children in educational or youth development settings.
• Ability to plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Completion of Mandatory Reporter, Child Maltreatment, and Abusive Head Trauma Trainings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead daily activities including homework help and enrichment lessons.
• Develop a positive classroom culture that supports learning and respect.
• Engage with students in indoor and outdoor activities.
• Supervise and mentor classroom assistants or volunteers.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure safety of students.
