Job summary

STARKEY RANCH K-8 PLACE in Odessa, FL seeks an Assistant Site Manager for the 2026-2027 program. You will assist with coordinating and supervising before and after school enrichment activities for K-12 students within a 12-month PLACE program, 261 days per year, full-time and benefit-eligible.

Qualifications include an associate degree, two years of experience with K-12 youth, and completion of Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from an accredited institution.
• Two years of experience working with K-12 students.
• Satisfactory completion of American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED within 30 days of hire.
