Job summary

BrightBee LLC is seeking an After School Instructor to support students at KIPP NorCal sites, with a focus on learning, growth, and success. Schedule is Mon-Fri 2:00pm-6:00pm at KIPP University Park, ASAP through 12/18/2026, offering consistent weekly income.

You will design activities, provide tutoring, supervise transitions, and assist with daily operations while communicating with parents about student progress. Background checks and clearances are required.

Qualifications

• You enjoy working with kids or teens and bring a patient, reliable attitude.
• Flexibility to handle multiple sites and assignment types.
• Spanish bilingualism is a plus; RBT experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead engaging activities including PE, arts, and STEM.
• Provide homework help and small-group tutoring.
• Maintain supervision and a safe, respectful environment.
• Assist with attendance, materials, and parent communication.
