Job summary

Parker-Anderson Enrichment is seeking an After School Instructor to lead hands-on classes and inspire students across Norwalk and surrounding areas. You will teach subjects you’re passionate about, from science to arts, and help students explore their interests in a safe, engaging environment.

This part-time role offers up to 20 hours per week (Mon-Fri 12-6 PM) with curriculum and materials provided. Training and ongoing support are included to help you succeed in classrooms across partner sites.

Responsibilities

• Teach engaging classes to groups of 20 students (K-8).
• Lead hands-on activities that bring learning to life.

• Follow our proven lesson plans (we’ve done the hard work for you).
• Drive to different school sites with provided materials.
• Communicate professionally with our internal team.
• Organize safe dismissal and leave classrooms clean.
