Job summary

All Things Science seeks enthusiastic instructors to lead after-school STEM classes in Alhambra. You will guide students through creative projects, build problem solving skills, and help them see science in a new way.

Responsibilities include teaching hands-on science, keeping a smooth classroom flow, and encouraging curiosity and teamwork. Travel to multiple local school sites is expected in the Alhambra area.

Qualifications

• Enjoy working with kids and making learning fun.
• Experience in classrooms, camps, tutoring, or youth programs is a plus; training is provided.
• Reliable, flexible, and open to trying new teaching strategies.
• Interest in STEM, education, or both.

• Maintain a dynamic classroom environment from start to finish.
• Encourage curiosity, collaboration, and critical thinking.
• Lead after-school sessions on weekdays, starting around 1:00 PM.
