Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc is seeking a Group Leader for the Spring Branch ISD after-school program in Houston. Pay is $15.00/hour and hours are 2:30 pm – 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday (no weekends).

You will guide students through daily curriculum activities including World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts in a safe, structured, high-energy environment. The role emphasizes child safety, teamwork, and strong relationships with kids, families, and school staff.
