  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of activity areas, ensuring compliance with safety standards such as AED operation and emergency procedures
Experience
  • Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, camp programs, tutoring, or youth activities is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated classroom management skills with the ability to handle diverse behaviors effectively
  • Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages
  • Certification in first aid, CPR, AED operation, or willingness to obtain upon hire is required
  • Experience in special education or working with children with special needs is a plus
  • Background in sports coaching, theater arts, babysitting, or youth programs enhances your ability to engage children creatively
  • Proven ability to foster a safe environment through behavior management techniques and child care best practices
