Concorde Education, LLC partners with schools and community organizations to provide engaging enrichment experiences for students.

We are expanding our network of instructors across STEM, arts, sports, and academic subjects for independent contractor assignments. Most roles are part-time with 1–4 hours per week and pay $50–$65 per hour, varying by assignment and location.

Qualifications

• At least 60 completed college credits, or equivalent professional experience when appropriate for the assignment.
• Experience teaching, coaching, tutoring, instructing, mentoring, or leading youth programs.
• Strong communication, leadership, and group-management skills.
• Dependable, organized, and professional work habits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate enrichment instruction.
• Prepare for instructional sessions using provided curriculum, approved lesson plans, or instructor-developed activities.
• Create a positive, respectful, inclusive learning environment.
• Encourage participation and adapt instruction to different ages and abilities.
• Maintain classroom management and student supervision.
• Communicate professionally with school personnel and Concorde Education staff.
• Follow school policies, site procedures, safety expectations, and emergency protocols.

We welcome applicants whose experience may come from teaching, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, professional practice, camps, youth organizations, private instruction, or other relevant settings.Opportunities vary throughout the year and are offered based on school-partner needs, instructor qualifications, subject expertise, geographic location, and scheduling availability.Types of ProgramsOur school partners request instructors across a broad range of enrichment subjects, including:STEM, engineering, science, and design challengesCoding, robotics, artificial intelligence, and technologyDigital art, animation, photography, graphic design, and video productionFine arts, music, dance, theater, and creative expressionChess, strategy games, tabletop games, and academic enrichmentCooking, household science, entrepreneurship, and career explorationSports, fitness, yoga, movement, and wellnessTutoring, literacy, study skills, and other academic-support programsAdditional specialty programs based on school and community interestsAssignment requirements vary. Others provide instructors with greater flexibility to incorporate their professional expertise and age-appropriate activities while meeting established program objectives and school expectations.Available resources and instructional expectations are communicated as part of the assignment process.CompensationCompensation is established individually for each assignment.Most instructional assignments fall between $50 and $65 per instructional hour.
