Qualifications

• 60 completed college credits or equivalent professional experience
• Experience teaching, coaching, tutoring, instructing, mentoring, or leading youth programs
• Experience working with children or adolescents in schools, camps, community organizations, or similar settings
• Strong communication, leadership, and classroom management skills
• Reliable, professional, and organized work habits

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate enrichment instruction
• Prepare for each instructional session using approved lesson plans, provided curriculum, or instructor-developed activities
• Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment

• Maintain supervision and classroom management during sessions
• Communicate professionally with school personnel and Concorde Education representatives
• Follow school policies, safety expectations, and emergency protocols
• Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled sessions
