HOKALI is seeking enthusiastic After School Enrichment Educators to supervise and engage students from TK through 8th grade. You will create safe, engaging learning experiences during after‑school programs and help build a supportive, inclusive environment.

The role offers a flexible schedule with opportunities to lead diverse activities across music, sports, dance, performing arts, STEM, and language programs. Competitive hourly pay and bonus incentives are available.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Ability and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students TK–8th grade.
• Ensure student safety and well‑being at all times.
• Plan and lead engaging recreational and enrichment activities.
• Facilitate positive social interactions and teamwork.
• Effectively manage student behavior using positive reinforcement.
• Maintain attendance and incident records.
