Qualifikationen

• One year working with school-age youth (4–10) in a school/after-school setting.
• Ability to command respect and cooperation in an elementary classroom.
• Confidence to run a classroom alone.
• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/First Aid certification required (in-person).
• Team player who can collaborate with peers.
• Ability to assess and solve problems for elementary children.
• Create and maintain a fun, caring, and responsive educational environment.
• ASL skills may attract premium hourly rates.
