Easter Seals Goodwill ND, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (After School) in Minot, ND. This part‑time role will serve adults and children with disabilities, supporting personal goals and community participation.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe home and environment. Flexible schedule and paid training are offered; wage ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour based on experience.

• Interest in and/or experience in supporting people with disabilities to achieve their goals.
• Ability to work both as a team and alone and follow instructions.

• Assist and support people to realize their goals and attain personal outcomes.
