Job summary

Calex-Sports-Inc is seeking part-time after-school coaches for programs held at various elementary schools in the Bay Area, including Sunnyvale. Sessions run Monday–Friday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, typically about one hour per class, with an extra 30 minutes of pre-care possible.

Pay ranges from $50–$65 per session, with all equipment provided. Coaches will teach sports to children aged 5–10, manage class sizes of 8–16, and attend a short training before starting.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old at application.
• Must live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Experience with sports or coaching kids is preferred but not required.
• Enjoys working with children in a positive, active setting.
• Flexible, reliable, and punctual; must have reliable transportation.
• Fully vaccinated and willing to undergo TB test and Live Scan background check prior to starting.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship not provided).

Our programs are held at various elementary schools, Monday–Friday between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. We do have openings for After School Tennis, Pickleball, Volleyball, Dance, Yoga and Basketball.

Programs are offered at multiple schools across the Bay Area. Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.

Requirements

• Experience in sports you are applying, coaching, or working with kids is preferred but not required

• Must complete sending photo and short biography to upload in our website and introduce your experience in sports.
