Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage up to 15 students during after‑school programming.
• Plan and facilitate engaging lessons and enrichment activities.
• Establish learning objectives and monitor progress through project‑based activities.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment with participation and collaboration.
• Prepare classrooms, maintain attendance, and assist with setup/cleanup.
• Implement safety protocols and evacuations as needed.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and adjust activities for engagement.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the After‑School Program Director.
