Job summary

Champions Best Kids is seeking a part-time Kids Coach in Nampa, Idaho to inspire children through fun, sports-focused activities. You will lead drills, games, and high-energy sessions after school, with supportive paid training and a uniform provided. Hours are Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM, up to 20 hours per week.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. Experience working with kids or in youth sports is preferred; First Aid/CPR certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Natural leader with experience working with kids or leading organized sports.
• Able to drive company vehicles.
• Safety first: must pass a background check and have a clean driving record; note: 7 years driving experience required to drive company vehicles.
• Reliable and connected: own transportation and a smartphone/computer to check in with the team.
• First Aid or CPR certifications are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Inspire kids daily to hit their goals.
• Lead energetic sports activities, games, and drills.
• Bring a positive, unstoppable attitude to the field every afternoon.
