Job summary

Calex-Sports-Inc in the Bay Area is seeking part-time coaches to run after-school classes at elementary schools. Most sessions run 1 hour, 2–5 hours per week, with optional 30 minutes pre-care, all equipment provided.

Coaches will manage 8–16 students, attend a 2-day training, require reliable transportation, interact with parents/school staff, and take attendance with photos. Must be 19+, local, fully vaccinated, and willing to complete background checks and a short bio.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old upon application.
• Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Experience in sports coaching or working with kids is preferred but not required.
• Enjoys working with children in a positive and active setting.
• Flexible, reliable, and punctual.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work.
• Must complete sending photo and short biography to upload on our website and introduce your experience in sports.

Job Overview

Our programs are held at various elementary schools, Monday–Friday between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This is a part-time position where coaches typically teach one class per day (about one hour), with the possibility of an extra 30 minutes of pre-care. These sessions focus on creating a fun and energetic environment for younger and beginner-level children.

The pay ranges from $50–$65 per session, and all equipment is provided by us.

Programs are offered at multiple schools across the Bay Area. Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.
