Job summary

Sittercity Incorporated is seeking a reliable after-school caregiver for our 9-year-old daughter in Chicago, IL. The role is 3 afternoons a week (Mon, Tue, Thu) from 3 to 6 pm, including homework supervision, driving to activities, and light snack prep.

The ideal candidate has a valid driver's license and a car, enjoys engaging with kids, and can pass a background check. This is a W-2 household position with taxes withheld.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Paid via W-2 with taxes withheld (household employer).
• 3-afternoon per week schedule: Mon, Tue, Thu, 3–6 pm.

Responsibilities

• Driving the Kids to activities and school events.
• Help with homework and academic supervision.
• Prepare simple snacks and meals for after school.

We’re looking for a reliable, warm caregiver for our 9-year-old daughter, for 3 afternoons a week (M, W, Th), 3-6 pm.

Responsibilities include:

• Homework supervision and help
• Driving to/from dance and piano class (please note if you have a valid license, clean record, and insured vehicle)
• Engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Simple snack and dinner prep

We’re looking for someone experienced with school-age kids, patient, and proactive. We have a dog, but you will not be expected to care for him. Background check required. Paid via W-2 with taxes withheld (household employer).
