Responsibilities

• Provide close supervision and prioritize safety at all times.
• Assist with toileting, hygiene, and occasional pull-up changes.
• Support the child during indoor and outdoor activities.
• Participate in walks and safe, structured outdoor play.
• Help maintain a calm, supportive, and structured environment.
• Follow care plans and guidelines provided by parents and therapists.
• Assist with feeding and meal/snack preparation as needed.
• Observe and promptly communicate notable changes in behavior, mood, or health.
• Support while the child works with their therapist.
• Aid with light housekeeping related to the child and space organization.
