Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies in Illinois seeks a dedicated caregiver to join our classrooms. You’ll implement our curriculum, create a safe, nurturing environment, and partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.

You’ll join a team focused on supporting enrollment, accreditation, and engagement across centers, with emphasis on exceptional service, teamwork, and a passion for early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi‑task and handle multiple situations effectively
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
• Postures to allow physical and visual contact with children and engage in activity
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents
