Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking dedicated team members to provide one-on-one ABA services for children with autism in home or community settings. This part-time role offers meaningful work, training, and the chance to make a real difference in clients' lives.

No prior ABA experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. Ideal candidates have a passion for education, patience, and a calm, compassionate demeanor while supporting families and the clinical team.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Demonstrated patience and compassion when working with children.
Ability to remain calm in challenging situations and adapt to new tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
Serve as a core member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage with families to support progress.
Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
