Job summary

Shining Steps ABA LLC is seeking caring Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team for after-school hours in Missouri. Roles include 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, clinic, and community settings, with training and supervision provided.

BTs and RBTs may start with training and move into roles with certification support. Ideal candidates are reliable, communicate well with families, and can work afternoon/evening hours, plus occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required.
• Ability to work independently while following clinical guidance.
• Positive, patient and professional attitude.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet employment requirements.
• Availability during afternoon, evening and/or weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Work in home, school, clinic, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions.
• Support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
