Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Mississippi is seeking a registered nurse to provide skilled nursing care in the home. You will coordinate care and implement the interdisciplinary plan. Responsibilities

Scheduled on Call rotation 7 on 7 off; Weekday call shift 5p-8a; Sat and Sun 8a-8a

• Provide coordination of care, ensure continuous assessment of each patient's and family's needs, and implement the interdisciplinary care plan.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
• Ensure delivery of care is compliant with the federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed registered nurse (RN).
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Education and experience, preferred

• Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid state driver license
• Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
• Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
• Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
• Must possess CPR certification for the healthcare provider
