Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing and hospital operations during after-hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Provide direct and emergency nursing care, assess patients, intervene, administer medications, and document in EHR.
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff across multiple units during non-administrative hours.
• Coordinate administrative and supervisory nursing activities in the absence of unit supervisors.
