Job summary

Harris ML Group is seeking janitorial technicians to join our team at an industrial facility. You will maintain a clean and orderly environment across multiple daily needs, including heavy cleaning tasks and routine custodial duties.

This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to advance within the company; prior commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required. You will work up to 30 hours per week, contributing to safe, clean facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work Monday through Saturday (8am–8pm).
• Ability to stand for 2–3 hours consecutively.
• Ability to handle a physical workload.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Commercial cleaning experience is highly desired but not mandatory.
• Industrial environment cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory.

• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks.
