Key Responsibilities

• Monitor various online forums and communities to ensure compliance with community guidelines
• Review user-generated content and take necessary actions such as editing or removing inappropriate content
• Respond to user inquiries and escape issues to the appropriate team members when needed
• Moderate discussions by encouraging respectful communication and discouraging offensive or harmful language
• Work closely with the community management team to implement new policies or procedures as needed
• Keep up-to-date on current trends and issues within the African community to better understand the needs of our users
