A local educational institution is looking for a full-time Teacher for ROTC, based in Fort Worth, Texas. The successful candidate will conduct academic classes and supervise various leadership development activities involved in the Air Force Junior ROTC program. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree and be certified by HQ AFJROTC to teach. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential. This position requires maintaining a professional military appearance and working directly with cadets during school and extracurricular activities.
Qualifications
Must have knowledge of design and implementation for AFJROTC-approved curriculum.
Certification granted by HQ AFJROTC required to teach in AFJROTC program.
Must maintain a professional military appearance in uniform.
Responsibilities
Prepare and teach class periods of instruction, ranging from 45 to 90 minutes.
Supervise cadets during community service events and unit activities.
Develop and implement lesson plans that accommodate different student needs.
Skills
