JES Holdings is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Conners Sr Village in Villa Rica, GA. The role focuses on assisting the property manager with daily operations, leasing, and ensuring apartment standards and compliance with affordable housing regulations.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new software. On-site full-time schedule with typical office hours and after-hours on-call support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and able to pick up new programs.

Responsabilités

• Diligently ensure all Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations are adhered to.
• Maintain up-to-date resident records and assist with rent collections.
• Provide outstanding service to residents, addressing inquiries, work orders, and requests promptly.
• Support the property manager with daily operational tasks.
• Assist leasing efforts, tours, and resident move-ins/outs.
• Support certification and annual re-certification processes as required.
