Self-Enhancement-Inc is seeking a Housing Development & Construction Project Manager in Portland, OR to lead affordable housing and homeownership projects from feasibility through occupancy. The role bridges architecture, development, and construction, translating design intent into buildable, fundable, and community-aligned outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in real estate, architecture, housing development, construction, planning, finance, or related fields, with strong coordination

Formación

• 3–5+ years of progressive experience in architecture, housing development, construction project management, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, or equivalent experience.
• Experience advancing projects from design through construction or occupancy.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and civil drawings.
• Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, Planning & Pre-Construction: support feasibility, coordinate architects and engineers, review drawings, translate design concepts into scopes, schedules and budgets.
• Housing Development & Financing: assist with funding applications, coordinate regulatory compliance, track budgets and milestones.
• Construction Management: oversee construction from groundbreaking to occupancy, manage RFIs and submittals, support change management and closeout.
• Community Engagement: support meetings and prepare materials for presentations.
• Organizational Support: develop processes, track costs and schedules, document lessons learned.
