Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience with success in acquiring and maintaining client relationships and generating revenue.
• Strong communication skills and ability to educate clients about banking products.
• Compliance with applicable banking regulations and licensing requirements (as described).

Responsibilities

• Manage banking relationships for a select group of affluent clients.
• Solicit referrals and develop internal/external sources to acquire new clients.
• Coordinate with Specialists (Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers) to connect clients with experts.
• Promote self-service options to provide 24/7 access to accounts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
