Opportunities

We are looking for relational and driven Leasing Consultants, Assistant Community Directors, and Community Directors to join our active adult portfolio of Affinity Living Communities in Colorado.

• Leasing Consultant: Drive occupancy of the community to meet short‑term and long‑term leasing goals through relational selling. Build a strong rapport with prospective and current residents.
• Assistant Community Director: Support and assist the Community Director in the overall operation of the assigned community. Provide administrative support for financial records, maintain resident files, and assist with leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
• Community Director: Build a strong rapport with residents, prospects, regional and on‑site teams. Oversee overall operations of the community while maximizing revenue potential.

What We Are Seeking

• Team player who takes a “we over me” approach to building and sustaining relationships.
• Determined, ambitious, and self‑motivated.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in property management, leasing, senior living, hospitality, or related industry.
• Strong communication skills; proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office, property management software (e.g., Yardi, On‑Site), and CRM solutions.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• Valid driver’s license and insured, operable vehicle.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive pay: Leasing Consultants & Assistant Community Directors $22‑$25 per hour (DOE); Community Directors $34‑$36 per hour (DOE).
