Research Associate in Vallurupalli Lab - The Broad Institute

Sofia Mrowka is a research associate in the Vallurupalli Lab. Sofia studies how changes in cell surface glycosylation impact the architecture of the cell and influence immune synapse formation. Sofia performs a broad spectrum of assays including mammalian tissue culture, proteomics, transcriptomics, CRISPR gene editing, flow cytometry, and in vivo studies. She will require access to BL2/BL2+ lab space, vivarium, and core facilities at DFCI.
